This project consisted fn the interior design intervention of a chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland, one of the most appealing mountain destinations in the world. In this family winter retreat, besides wood, fabrics, textures and warm colors predominate. Simultaneasly, materials from other semantic fields coexist, such as iron shelves (industrial aesthetics) and Bisazza mosaics. There was the need to design furniture in-house, such as the golden fixed partitions and the iron shelves. There are also unexpected environments for a chalet, such as the main entrance corridor. These particularities converge in a reinterpretation of the traditional Swiss Alps chalet, an initial requirement of the Client.
